Terms of Service

You're responsible for the content you create or connect in your workspace, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may not use Flowshot to store or process content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates applicable law, and you may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

If you use Flowshot on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" refers to both you and it.

Free is free. Pro and any metered add-ons (like AI credit packs) are billed through our payment provider (Polar) and can be canceled at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Pro billed yearly includes a 3-day free trial for new subscriptions; Pro billed monthly does not. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and you'll be charged the plan's price — you can cancel anytime before then from Settings at no cost.

AI credits reset at the start of each billing cycle for metered plans and do not roll over, unless stated otherwise at purchase.

All charges are final and non-refundable once processed, including partial billing periods, unused AI credits, and credit packs — except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions and credits are tied to your account and can't be transferred or resold.

If something went wrong on our end — a billing error, an outage that affected your ability to use the service, or a similar mistake we're responsible for — contact us. We review these case by case and make it right, at our discretion, even though it falls outside the general no-refund policy above.

We may change our prices; for existing subscriptions, changes take effect no earlier than your next billing cycle, and we'll notify you in advance.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may occasionally affect the service.

You retain ownership of the content you create or connect in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide Flowshot to you.

Flowshot's software, branding, and design are our property (or licensed to us) and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Flowshot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury).

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

An account that never verifies its email address is automatically deleted after 7 days. This mainly targets spam and automated signups, but applies to any unverified account regardless of cause — check your inbox (including spam) and verify promptly if you want to keep yours.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply regardless of this clause.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
