Flowshot is an AI workspace that turns scattered requests into one organized flow of tasks. It was founded by Vincent Picchi, who built it after watching teams spend more time updating trackers than doing the work those trackers describe.

What we do

Flowshot captures tasks from the places work actually begins, including Slack, email, documents and tickets, and gathers them in a single workspace with list, board and calendar views. Flo, our assistant, can create and triage tasks from a plain-language message, so keeping your list current takes seconds instead of minutes.

What we believe

A task list is only useful if you trust it, and you only trust it if it reflects reality. We design for low-effort capture, clear ownership and honest prioritization, and we keep a person in control of what the AI does on their behalf.
